Training and mentoring – They offer both in-company and outside workshops and training sessions for all teachers in Blue Pencil. Every new teacher goes through their Induction Week. For the less experienced teachers, they offer full support, including a buddy system which is a one-on-one mentoring with a senior teacher, and an abundance of materials in the form of lesson planners.

TRC refund – They cover most of the expenses of getting your Temporary Residence Card (a document that allows you to stay and work in Poland) and the work permit.
Requirements
In addition to the requirements mentioned for each specific position above, Blue Pencil is looking for teachers who are also able to meet the following requirements:
A proficient speaker of English
Open to new ideas and willing to learn
Dedicated to teaching
Educated or trained in the field of language teaching
