About the position
As an Online English Teacher, you will play a vital role in helping students build confidence in their English communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering lessons, customizing teaching approaches based on student needs, and fostering a positive, interactive learning environment.
Your role will require creativity, adaptability, and strong communication skills to ensure students stay engaged and motivated. Therefore, we are looking for patient, innovative, and highly skilled English teachers who can simplify concepts and make learning enjoyable.

About the program: Our program is a new and innovative online English learning experience designed specifically for Saudi and Arab learners. Unlike traditional courses with rigid schedules, our program offers a flexible and engaging learning environment where students can join live group classes daily based on their availability and proficiency level. Each session is independent, meaning students can participate freely without worrying about missing previous lessons. This structure promotes confidence, accessibility, and a stress-free learning experience, making it easier for students to integrate English learning into their daily lives.
Teaching options:
Group classes: Teachers select from a predetermined schedule and teach live sessions to groups of varying sizes.
Private one-on-one lessons: Teachers receive individual students based on their preferred availability without having to conform to a set schedule.
Combination of both: Some teachers may choose to conduct both group and private lessons, maximizing their earning potential and teaching variety.
Key responsibilities:
Teach English to non-native speakers using effective communication and engaging methods.
Adapt lessons based on students’ needs and proficiency levels.
Develop and deliver innovative lessons, ensuring student participation and understanding.
Plan and deliver engaging and interactive online English lessons tailored to students’ levels and needs.
Use Total Physical Response (TPR) and other interactive teaching strategies to assist students in comprehension, especially beginners.
Develop customized lesson materials and incorporate innovative teaching methods to make learning fun and effective.
Create a friendly and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages students to participate and practice speaking.
Encourage students to use English confidently by promoting conversation and active participation.
Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance the online learning experience.
Ensure high-quality audio and video during lessons by using a reliable internet connection, a good microphone, and a clear camera.

Payment Structure: We offer a tiered payment system based on cumulative hours taught since joining our program. Additionally, teachers must maintain a 4.5-star rating out of 5 to qualify for higher rates:
$8/hour for the first 30 teaching hours
$10/hour after completing 30 teaching hours, up to 150 teaching hours
$12/hour once you exceed 150 total teaching hours
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or any equivalent certification in English language teaching.
At least 2 years of English teaching experience (online teaching experience is a plus).
Fluent in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
Patience, empathy, and adaptability when working with beginners who may struggle to understand English.
Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and adjust teaching strategies to meet different learning styles.
Strong classroom management skills to keep students engaged in an online setting.
A reliable internet connection, high-quality camera, and clear microphone for smooth virtual lessons.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience teaching Arab students, especially beginners.
Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
Knowledge of cultural sensitivities when teaching students from different backgrounds.
Ability to teach adult learners in various class settings.
