English & I is a learning provider in Thailand that offers English language learning courses to students aged 3-12.
Their curriculum has been developed by a team of experienced teachers for the specific needs of second language learners in Thailand, and it follows the Cambridge Young Learners Exam syllabus.
They are now looking for qualified English teachers to join their teaching team in Lopburi, Thailand.
About the position:
Location: Lopburi, Thailand
Students: Ages 3-12
Class size: 20-25 students
Lesson length: 50 min
Schedule: 4-6 lessons/day – 5 days/week
English is taught through the use of songs, games, activities, books, and interactive whiteboards (depending on the course). Their carefully developed teaching approach promotes enjoyment and encourages students to participate in the lessons by using a communicative approach, task-based learning, and total physical response methods.
Their teachers play an important part in the classroom, especially when it comes to the presentation and practice of the language. They are responsible for sensitizing their students to English-speaking cultures and monitoring their development.
You will receive specific training, feedback, and support for each course that you teach, which is an ongoing process. Lesson guidelines, teaching materials, activity sheets, and worksheets are provided by E&I, allowing you to focus on the presentation and practice of the language.
In addition to teaching, teachers are also expected to:
Complete reports and mark their students’ work.
Ensure that their lessons are prepared in advance.
Attend meetings, workshops, and other training exercises if deemed necessary by the management.

Salary starts at 40000 baht (terms and conditions apply).
You will receive a performance-related bonus upon the completion of the contract (2 full school terms).
You will get your teaching permit and work permit at the company’s expense.
They will also assist you in your application for a NON-B Visa from your own country.

You will teach as a team (one native-level English speaker and one Thai teacher).
They provide 5 days of lodging upon arrival for overseas applicants plus airport pickup from Bangkok to Lopburi.
They provide assistance in finding and securing accommodation.
You will get official and E&I holidays, approximately 35 days per annum.
You will finish early as your average day will be from 8 am to 4 pm with 1 hour for lunch (gate duty will result in starting at 7.30 am).

Requirements:
Applicants must be able to meet the following requirements:
Have a bachelor’s degree (original or certified copies of degree & transcripts) in order for them to apply for a work permit for you.
Native-level English speaker
TEFL/TESOL qualification is not a requirement but meriting.
Provide a police clearance certificate
Provide marriage certificates or other documents if you have legally changed the names as listed on said degree, diplomas, transcripts
