Position Overview:
We are currently seeking native-speaking English teachers to join our team in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Teachers at Language Connection work with a variety of students—kids, teens, and adults—across different proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced. Our goal is to provide the highest quality English teaching in Bolivia, and we offer ongoing training to ensure our teachers continue to improve their skills and maintain best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
An ESL qualification that includes hands-on teaching practice and feedback (CELTA, Trinity, or PGCE preferred)
Native English speakers who have spent formative years in a native-speaking country (read more on our blog)
A strong desire to live and work in Bolivia, embracing both the rewards and challenges
