Hello fellow educators!
We are looking for passionate, experienced teachers who are interested in helping students progress, and able to create real connections with students online, as opposed to following a strict regime and feeling like online "edutainment" or following a rigid plan that we set out for you.

If you feel that our style suits you, here's what to expect working with us:. You will be:
Initially, having practice classes to get used to the processes and material we use. After practice classes (4 weeks), holding trial lessons to fill your schedule with your own regular students. Then:
Preparing for classes based on your student's needs, goals and personality (only using the material we provide as a general base - ensuring you have complete freedom with teaching!)
Holding classes on Zoom with (30m, up to 1hr with students aged 6 - 14yrs old)
Writing a short class report afterwards
Communicating with the team via chat when necessary (for student absences, technical help, liaising with parents, etc)
Every 3-6 months, hosting a parent-teacher meeting. A member of staff will be present if translation is needed.
Salary and benefits
- Pay starts at 16GBP, up to 20GBP per hour (depending on experience)
- Stable schedule and regular classes, mostly 1-to-1 / 30-mins per class, up to 1hr
- Bonuses when student's renew their hours
- Hourly raises every 6 months - 1yr
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to commit to at least 6hrs per week between 6 - 8pm Beijing time, on at least 1 weekend day and 1 week day
- 3 years in-person classroom experience, teaching primary - high school age children EFL/ESL/ELL
- Bachelor's degree or above and ESL certification
- Reliable internet connection (15mbps upload and download)
- Preferable: Experience teaching critical thinking based classes / official test prep classes for children (eligible for higher rate) / other test prep classes for adults or children.
