Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education, Linguistics, English, or related field.
ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, etc.).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESL teaching, preferably in a remote setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
